1. Subscription Refunds

  • All subscription purchases (including Street Pass and Penthouse Pass) are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges.

2. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you’ll continue to have access until your term expires.

3. Technical Issues

  • If you experience streaming or access issues that prevent you from using your subscription, please contact support@avenuestco.com within 7 days for review. We’ll work to resolve the issue or issue a partial refund if applicable.

4. Promotional Offers

  • Discounts, trials, or promo subscriptions are not eligible for refunds once activated.
